Oxy® Proxy Extension for Chrome

Oxy® Proxy Extension is a proxy manager for Chrome. It is free and works with any proxy provider of your choice. The extension has an additional feature specifically designed to use with Oxylabs Residential Proxies, enabling you to change the Oxylabs Residential Proxy session without editing your username.

Step 1. Download the extension from Chrome Web Store.

Step 2. Click the extension icon to open the application

Step 3. If you haven't added any proxies yet, you will see Add proxy button. Click it to continue.

Step 4. Add proxy profile. Provide a name for the profile under Enter name. After, enter the following details:

Proxy server IP:pr.oxylabs.io

Proxy port:7777

You can also use random or sticky country-specific entries. For example, if you enter us-pr.oxylabs.io under New Address and 10000 under Port, you’ll acquire a US exit node. If you enter 10001 under Port, you’ll receive the US exit node with a sticky session. Username: customer-username

Password: password

Make sure you've added the customer- part before your username.

Finally, click Save changes.

If you have whitelisted your IP, you can skip this step.

Step 5. Open the extension and click Connect.

That's it, you are now using proxies.

If you require a sticky session, add a sessid parameter after your username and alphanumeric session id of your choice, for example, -sessid-123, like in the example below.

Then, open the extension window. Connect to the proxy and click Refresh session to change the session ID and get a new proxy.
