What is your refund policy?
Refund Policy (TL;DR)
Refunds are available for self-service plans (except Pay-as-you-go) if:
Requested within 3 days of purchase
Usage is under 20% (or 10% for Enterprise plans)
No policy violations, chargebacks, or prior refunds
Dedicated Datacenter (Enterprise) is non-refundable, unless a billing error is reported within 30 days.

Residential Proxies
Refunds are available exclusively for self-service clients under the following conditions:
The plan is not Pay as you go (as it’s non-refundable);
A refund request must be submitted within three calendar days from the first transaction for the services;
The usage must not exceed 20% of the traffic (for Regular plans) or 10% of the traffic for (Enterprise plans);
The account has not been suspended for a breach of our Self-Service Subscription Agreement;
The customer has not charged back or otherwise reversed fees paid for the services;
No prior claims for a refund have been made.
ISP Proxies
To be eligible for a refund, you should follow these requirements:
The request for a refund must be submitted within three calendar days from the date of the first transaction for the services.
The account should not have been suspended for violating our Self-Service Subscription Agreement.
The customer must not have charged back or otherwise reversed the fees paid for the services.
Lastly, no previous refund claims should have been made.
Mobile Proxies
Refunds are available exclusively for self-service clients under the following conditions:
The plan is not Pay as you go (as it’s non-refundable);
A refund request must be submitted within three calendar days from the first transaction for the services;
The usage must not exceed 20% of the traffic (for Regular plans) or 10% of the traffic for (Enterprise plans);
The account has not been suspended for a breach of our Self-Service Subscription Agreement;
The customer has not charged back or otherwise reversed fees paid for the services;
No prior claims for a refund have been made.
Web Unblocker
Only self-service clients are eligible for a refund if:
A request for refund is submitted within three calendar days of the date of the first transaction for the Services;
They have not used more than 20% of the traffic (for Regular plans) or 10% of the traffic for (Enterprise plans);
Their account is not suspended for a breach of our Self-Service Subscription Agreement;
They have not charged back or otherwise reversed fees paid for the Services;
They have not previously claimed a refund for the Services.
Dedicated Datacenter Proxies (Self-Service)
A request for refund must be submitted within three calendar days of the date of the first transaction.
The account has not been suspended for a breach of our Self-Service Subscription Agreement;
The customer has not charged back or otherwise reversed fees paid for the services;
No prior claims for a refund have been made.
Dedicated Datacenter Proxies (Enterprise)
Purchases are final and non-refundable unless the client identifies an error. In this case, they must contact Oxylabs within 30 days of the charge to initiate a refund process.
