# How to cancel a subscription?
### Residential Proxies
To cancel your subscription:
1. Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
2. Find Residential Proxies in the products list.
3. Click on **Cancel subscription.**
To cancel a Custom plan subscription, please **contact your Dedicated Account Manager.**

### Mobile Proxies
To cancel your subscription:
1. Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
2. Find Mobile Proxies in the products list.
3. Click on **Cancel subscription.**
To cancel a Custom plan subscription, please **contact your Dedicated Account Manager.**

### Dedicated Datacenter Proxies (Self-Service)
To cancel your subscription:
1. Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
2. Select More options for Dedicated Datacenter Proxies.
3. Click on **Cancel subscription.**
### Dedicated Datacenter Proxies (Enterprise)
To cancel your subscription, **please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.**
### Datacenter Proxies per IP
To cancel your subscription:
1. Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
2. Select More options for Datacenter Proxies.
3. Click on **Cancel subscription.**
To cancel a Custom subscription, **please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.**
### Datacenter Proxies per traffic
To cancel your subscription:
1. Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
2. Find Datacenter Proxies in the products list.
3. Click on **Cancel subscription.**
To cancel a Custom subscription, **please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.**
