How to cancel a subscription?
Residential Proxies
To cancel your subscription:
Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
Find Residential Proxies in the products list.
Click on Cancel subscription.

Important! Non-subscription plans (Pay as you go) will not renew for the next month.
To cancel a Custom plan subscription, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.
Mobile Proxies
To cancel your subscription:
Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
Find Mobile Proxies in the products list.
Click on Cancel subscription.

Dedicated Datacenter Proxies (Self-Service)
To cancel your subscription:
Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
Select More options for Dedicated Datacenter Proxies.
Click on Cancel subscription.

Dedicated Datacenter Proxies (Enterprise)
To cancel your subscription, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.
Datacenter Proxies per IP
To cancel your subscription:
Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
Select More options for Datacenter Proxies.
Click on Cancel subscription.

To cancel a Custom subscription, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.
Datacenter Proxies per traffic
To cancel your subscription:
Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
Find Datacenter Proxies in the products list.
Click on Cancel subscription.

To cancel a Custom subscription, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.
Web Unblocker
To cancel your subscription:
Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
Find Web Unblocker in the products list.
Click on Cancel subscription.

To cancel a Custom subscription, please contact your Dedicated Account Manager.
Web Scraper API
To cancel your subscription:
Navigate to My account on the left side of the dashboard.
Find Web Scraper API in the products list.
Click on Cancel subscription.
