Can I get a refund for unused traffic?

Find the conditions under which refunds for unused traffic can be granted.

We do not give refunds for unused traffic except for self-service customers who have submitted a claim within three calendar days of the date of the first transaction.

They also should not have used more than 20% of the traffic for Regular plans or 10% for Enterprise plans.
