# Gestión de tu suscripción
Gestionar una suscripción activa incluye cancelarla, actualizar los datos de pago y resolver un pago fallido; todo se cubre aquí.
### Gestión de métodos de pago
Los métodos de pago se gestionan a través del proceso de pago seguro de su proveedor de pagos, no se almacenan directamente en Oxylabs.
1. Ve a **Facturación y gasto**.
2. Seleccionar **Administrar suscripción** para abrir tu portal de facturación.
3. Agregue, actualice o elimine sus datos de pago.
Los pagos con tarjeta, PayPal, Google Pay y Apple Pay se procesan a través de Stripe. Alipay se procesa a través de Cleverbridge. Oxylabs nunca almacena los datos sin procesar de su tarjeta.
### Cancelando su suscripción
Cancele en cualquier momento desde **Facturación y gastos → Cancelar suscripción**.
La cancelación entra en vigor al final de su ciclo de facturación actual. Hasta entonces, mantiene acceso total y su saldo restante. El saldo no utilizado al final de su último ciclo caduca, sin reembolso. La reactivación posterior requiere un nuevo plan. Sus instancias y configuración se conservan, aunque los productos basados en IP pueden recibir IP diferentes.
### Qué sucede si falla un pago recurrente
Un cargo fallido del plan activa un período de gracia de 7 días en lugar de una suspensión inmediata. El servicio permanece activo y el uso sigue descontando su saldo restante, limitado al 25 % de lo que quedaba cuando comenzó el período de gracia. Puede actualizar durante esta ventana, pero no recargar. El pago se reintenta automáticamente.
La suspensión ocurre en el momento en que termina el período de gracia sin pago o su saldo llega a $0, lo que ocurra primero. Los productos basados en IP conservan sus IP durante el período de gracia y solo las devuelven al grupo si expira sin pagar. En cualquier caso, su configuración se conserva.
