# 管理您的订阅

管理有效订阅包括取消订阅、更新付款详情和处理付款失败，本文均有说明。

### 管理付款方式

支付方式通过您的支付提供商的安全结账流程管理，不会由 Oxylabs 直接存储。

1. 前往 **计费与支出**.
2. 选择 **管理订阅** 以打开您的账单门户。
3. 添加、更新或移除您的支付详情。

取消将在当前计费周期结束时生效。届时您仍可完全访问并保留剩余余额。最终计费周期结束时未使用的余额将过期，且不予退款。之后如需重新启用，需要新方案。您的实例和配置会保留，但基于 IP 的产品可能会分配不同的 IP。

### 如果循环付款失败会怎样

套餐扣款失败后不会立即暂停，而是触发 7 天宽限期。服务保持活跃，使用量会继续消耗您的剩余余额，上限为宽限期开始时剩余金额的 25%。在此期间您可以升级，但不能充值。系统会自动重试付款。

暂停会在宽限期结束且仍未付款，或您的余额降至 $0 时立即发生，以先到者为准。基于 IP 的产品在宽限期内会保留其 IP，仅在宽限期到期且未付款时才会释放回地址池。无论哪种情况，您的配置都会保留。
