# 付款与发票

管理你的支付方式和账单详情，并进一步了解发票和订阅取消。

该[ Oxylabs 控制面板](https://dashboard.oxylabs.io/en/registration) 可让你在一个平台上管理账单信息、付款方式，并访问发票。所有付款均由我们的第三方支付提供商处理：

* 银行卡
* PayPal
* Google Pay
* Apple Pay（通过 Stripe）

## 管理付款方式

要添加、更新或移除付款方式：

1. 前往 **账单与支出** 在控制面板中。
2. 选择 **当前方案** 选项卡。
3. 点击 **三点** 菜单。
4. 选择 **管理订阅**.

进入账单门户后，你可以添加新的付款方式、设为默认，或移除现有方式。

1. 在账单门户中，点击 **+ 添加付款方式**.
2. 将会出现一个新表单，包含付款选项（例如银行卡、PayPal 等）。
3. 选择你偏好的方式并输入所需信息。
4. 点击 **添加** 以保存你的新付款方式。你的新付款方式将显示在列表中。

### 设置默认付款方式或移除付款方式

在账单门户中，你当前的默认付款方式显示在列表顶部。要更改它，请点击 **三点菜单** 旁边的另一项付款方式，并选择 **设为默认**.

要从列表中移除某个付款方式，请使用相同的三点菜单并选择 **删除**.

## 更新账单信息

你可以在同一个账单门户中编辑账单邮箱、地址、电话号码和税号：

1. 前往 **账单与支出**，选择 **当前方案**，然后点击 **管理订阅** 你方案右上角三点菜单中的。
2. 找到 **账单信息** 部分。
3. 点击 **更新信息**，进行修改并保存。

## 取消订阅

1. 在你的账单门户中，点击 **取消订阅** 位于右上角的。
2. 在提示时确认取消。

取消将在当前计费周期结束时生效。在此之前，你仍可完全访问服务及剩余信用余额。最终周期结束时，任何未使用余额都会失效，且不会就未使用余额退款。

如果你的订阅已处于非活动状态，你会看到 **重新订阅** 选项，代替取消订阅。

## 收据和发票

你可以从 **账单与支出** 部分的 **发票** 选项卡。

中查看并下载你的发票。你的账户会生成两种类型的财务文件：

## 如果付款失败

如果你的定期扣款在计费日期失败，你将进入 **7 天宽限期**:

* 在此期间，你的订阅和使用仍保持活跃，但剩余余额的使用上限为 25%。
* 付款重试会在优化后的时间间隔自动处理——在重试进行期间，你无需采取任何操作。
* 你仍然可以 **升级** 在宽限期内，但不能充值。

如果以下任一情况先发生，你的服务将被暂停：7 天宽限期结束且未成功付款，或你的余额降至 $0。

如果你的服务因付款失败而暂停，任何已分配的 IP 都会被释放。你的实例配置会保留，但在重新激活后，你需要重新添加 IP。你可能会收到与之前不同的 IP。

要重新激活，请购买新方案。新的计费周期会从重新激活日期开始。
